Select and deslect object(s)

Select object(s)

Before applying any operation to object(s) in your creation, you need select it (them). When an object is selected, eight sizing handles appear at its corners. When an object is active, the handles are blue. Selecting more than one object lets you apply the same operation to all of them at once.

In design mode, with the (Select Tool) in push down state, do one of the following:

Click an object in the design panel to select one object.
Shift-click the objects in the design panel to select multiple objects.
Drag a marquee box to touch the object(s) you wish to select in the design panel.
Press Ctrl+A to select all the objects in the design panel.
Right click any open space in the design panel and then choose Select All in the pop up menu.
Using Tab key to select the object(s) in the design panel at the order you drag them to the movie.

Deselect object(s)

When you select an object, you indicate that you want your next action to apply to that object. When you deselect an object, you indicate that you want to stop manipulating it and move on to another task. Glanda supplies following ways to deselect the object(s):

In design mode, with the (Select Tool) in push down state, do one of the following:

click any open space in the design panel.
right click any open space in the design panel, then choose Deselect All in the pop up menu.
Shift-click the selected object. Only with one object selected, can this method be used.
